|Eligibility and Application Procedure|
Children must be three years old and toilet trained to attend preschool in District 38. Programs are offered for two age groups with activities tailored to meet their needs:
|Colorado Preschool Program (CPP)|
CPP is a state-funded program designed to offset the cost of tuition for early childhood education. Our district has a limited number of spaces available. Acceptance is based on qualifying factors such as finances, housing, unemployment, and single-parent households. The application process consists of an interview. Child Find evaluates children in a variety of areas, including cognitive functioning, physical functioning, hearing and vision, speech and language, and social and emotional development. Evaluations are conducted by the Child Find team at no cost to parents. Additional information can be found in our brochure and at the Colorado Department of Education Website.
